A new service in Indian River County!

It is natural for women to experience changes in their feelings and mood during pregnancy, including feeling more

tired, irritable or worried.

However, while mild mood changes during pregnancy are common, mood symptoms can sometimes become severe enough to require treatment by a health provider.

If feelings of depression or anxiety persist for a few weeks or interfere with daily activities,

it is time to ask for help.

Depression and anxiety during pregnancy can worsen and continue into the postpartum period.

Happy to announce that Our community has a new service that  includes individual therapy sessions and support groups for Indian River County Mothers and families experiencing any prenatal and post partum mood and anxiety concerns
