A great class to learn all about breastfeeding and responding to your baby’s cues… Let’s discuss and practice the fundamentals of getting breastfeeding off to a great start! Discover some great local resources. Even practice with some baby dolls….it’s fun, and full of information.

Join us in this class to increase your confidence in the birthing process as you gain a better understanding of what to expect during the last few weeks of pregnancy thru labor

A class about those newborn basics…diapering, swaddling, calming. Some basic safety and a review of Infant CPR…you will go home with a CPR DVD and a practice doll. We still encourage you to get certified through the red Cross, but this is a good beginning.

An important topic for many families who are returning to work and school and want to continue breastfeeding (which we HIGHLY suggest!) we will discuss pumps, pumping schedules, effective ways to keep the largest milk supply going. Many tips and tricks from a professional. Bring your pump if you have questions…
